申請加拿大境外依親移民第一步-先看CIC說明 @ 卡加利生活-馬特先生和佐佐木小姐

當初申請依親移民時,也非常徬徨,網路上能找到的消息和經驗分享的文章比較少.

於是當初也發願一定我申請到了依親移民,我也來發個詳盡的分享文.

不過我拿到PR到登入加拿大的時間實在太趕,來了加拿大後又忙著跟馬特搬家等等瑣事,一轉眼一年半多過了.

雖然這兩年好像分享文變得許多,不過就當作我也來還願吧!! 呵呵! 我得用力回想一下,畢竟現在也不想隨意想起來...

(翻到了兩年前馬特找移民律師的筆記,上面寫說:目前台灣案件轉由香港審理,但是申請速度粗抓一年,且香港審理案件有八成被拒...我怎敢告訴她(她是指我,大概怕我哭得死去活來)

不過這是2012年年底或2013年初移民律師說的...所以今日情況應該不太一樣,若想知道現在的情況建議可以找移民律師聊一聊)

1. 先上cic網站

(感覺現在2014年12月底後,境內移民加拿大也變得人性了,現在境內等好像還可以申請work-permit)

2.點選 : sponsor your spouse,parter or children

3. 第一步先告訴你: 如果你要sponsor你的親人,需先確認是否符合資格: check your eligibility

基本上你(你的合法另一半)是公民,或移民.您的另一半(您)經過體檢合格和良民審查,以及審查你們關係合法且是真實的.您(您另一半)就可以登入加拿大了.

4.點選: How to apply (如何申請)

1.Get the application package 下載申請表格

If your spouse or partner lives with you in Canada, use the Application for Permanent Residence in Canada—Spouse or Common-Law Partner.(境內移民) Note: if a child of your spouse or partner is also living with you in Canada, they may be included on the application if they meet the definition of dependent child.

OR,
If your spouse, partner or dependent child lives outside Canada, use the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class.(境外移民)
